About the Program

The Wynter Uppercase Handwriting Program is a developmentally sequenced, evidence-informed approach to teaching uppercase letter formation. It guides children through 26 uppercase letters in 10 stages, progressing from the simplest motor patterns to the most complex. It’s included at no extra cost with every Wynter OT Resources subscription.

Why Start With Uppercase?

Uppercase letters are introduced first because they’re easier for young children to write. Every uppercase letter starts at or near the top of the line, which removes the guesswork that makes early handwriting so difficult — building a strong motor foundation before kids move on to lowercase.
