Wynter OT LLC provides educational materials through this Site designed to support fine motor development, pre-writing skills, and participation in everyday learning activities. Content is intended for use by occupational therapists, educators, and families supporting children’s development.
All materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional evaluation or individualized therapy services.

Original characters including but not limited to Chop Chop, Sandy, Olin, Ora, Osei, Caesar, Celine, Daniel, Solomon, Sullivan, Lance, Dennis, Deena, and Tyrell, and all other original characters appearing in Wynter OT LLC resources, are the exclusive creative property of Wynter OT LLC and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without written permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content is strictly prohibited.
Resources are licensed for personal and single-classroom use only unless a site license has been purchased.

6. Termination of Access
Wynter OT LLC reserves the right to revoke access and cancel the subscription or purchase of any user found to be in violation of these terms of use, without notice and without refund.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the subscription, library and shop, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wynter OT LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, materials or resources on this Site. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, or loss of data. All resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional evaluation or individualized therapy. Use of materials on this Site is at the sole risk and discretion of the user.
